We can't really help you in patching your game... Patches are not emulator-related...
Translation patches are made by fans, and these fans distribute them on Internet, with all the needed instructions.
So, Google is your friend !
Good luck !
Anyway, given that you are new here, you should take a look at the Welcome Thread

As vnctdj said most of the times fan made patches come with instructions. Now, as far I know PSP game's patches are divided in two groups, those whom you can apply on the game's iso, and those in .prx see plugin format. The latter is not yet compatible with PPSSPP, so if you have a .prx patch then you are out of luck (at least until/if the seeplugin will be integrated on the emu).
Since English is not my first language sorry for some misspelling on my posts

You are right, I forgot to talk about .prx based patches... Thanks for your completion

You're welcome
Anyway, where did you found this patch ?
You should re-find where you got it from and it should be explained there if this is not in a file you have (something like a .txt file named 'readme' or 'instructions')

Ah so it's a simple patch, lucky you . In that case you can simply open xdelta3.exe, select your game iso (it must be a clean .iso not .cso) and select the patch, and click on the apply/patch button. Is simple as that

My bad, I forgot that xdelta3 is command line. Download this, launch deltapatcher.exe, select your clean iso with 'original file', the patch with 'xdeltapatch' and click on 'apply patch'.

this is odd, they gave the xdelta3 with a .patch instead of .xdelta patch? This sound fishy, could you please send me a PM with a link from the site you downloaded the patch? I want to investigate this.

That's what I said before, we have to look to the source of the patch :

Here.. where i get the patch
[removed, but thanks for the patch link]

RE: Patching the game.?
Er...I did fear this...the patch is there...along with a torrent though, I suggest you to remove the link for copyright reasons. Regarding the patch, it seems that you only need to drag and drop the iso on xdelta3.exe in order to patch the game.

Sword Art Online: Infinity Moment (ソードアート・オンライン -インフィニティ・モーメント-Sōdo Āto Onrain: Infiniti Mōmento) is a video game based on the Sword Art Onlinelight novel series. The game was released in both standard and limited edition box sets in Japan on March 14, 2013 for PlayStation Portable.[1] Its sequel Sword Art Online: Hollow Fragment includes all its content.[2]

Gameplay[edit]

The gameplay has many similarities to MMORPGs, though it is not an online game, including the ability to buy and upgrade weapons, go on missions, and fight in a group with other characters.[3] The protagonist, Kirito, can equip ten types of weapons, such as swords and axes.[4]

Wow

Plot[edit]

The game follows an alternate storyline from the end of the first arc of the original story, in which a glitch causes Kirito and the other players to remain in Sword Art Online despite defeating Heathcliff, and players from other VRMMORPGs, such as second and third arc protagonists Leafa and Sinon, get sucked into the game themselves.[5]

Development[edit]

The game was released on March 14, 2013 in Japan for the PlayStation Portable. In June 2014, Bandai Namco released a patch that added a new game mode, which added additional gameplay after completion of the main storyline.[6]

Reception[edit]

The game sold 138,180 physical retail copies within the first week of release in Japan, topping the Japanese software sales charts for that week.[7] By June 2013, it had shipped over 200,000 copies.[6]Famitsu awarded it scores of 8, 7, 7 and 7 out of 10, totaling 29 out of 40.[8]

Remake[edit]

The game was remade into HD for the PlayStation Vita in the form of Sword Art Online: Hollow Fragment.[9] Some features, like the player's points and skills, can be transferred from Infinity Moment to Hollow Fragment.[10]
