it's a modified version of firered.
it can't be bought since there is no shiny gold gamecard.
to play it you need the following:
firered's .gba file, a shinygold patch, an ips patcher, and either an emulator, or
homebrew enabled GBA/NDS(requires 3rd party hardware)

u just use an emulator. i modded my psp so i'm running it as a .gba file from a psp gba
emulator. there are ones for pc that work too

As for the cheats, the master code and all other codes are the same as in fire red
version, ive beaten the latest version, it is worth while, even if it doesnt end, but you
can still transer to fire red version and leaf green version, im not sure about ruby,
sapphire and emerald though.
